We have been to the USA to visit a terrific water park and we have also "roughed it" in the wilderness with the kids.
It was both Ben and Aly's first time tenting and we had the best time.
I can honestly say that it has been the most enjoyable trip that I have ever been on.
We fished, swam, told ghost stories , flew kites, ate smores ( of course) and relaxed.
No phone, no t.v, no email, no pagers ......
I wish everyday could be vacation ......

Oh wow, I am jealous LOL, I am stuck working this weekend while hubby goes off with the pooch camping. I hope there are tons of mosquitoes (not really) Looks like you had a lovely time! Did you bring the PNP for Miss. Ally? How did she do in a tent? When CCAA decides it is our turn we plan on doing the same amount of camping as we are doing now? Am I being optimistic?

Wow, looks fabulous. Don't we all wish that every day was a "vacation" in the woods, by the lake with our loved ones...such a super memory for the kids!!!
