Happy Halloween ....

Could this really be the moment that we have been waiting for ?

After 14 months, 7 days and 9 hours , could this really be happening ?

It is difficult not to get excited !

Our agency believes that we made the cut off ,that being, the 24th of August.

( I can't believe that I am actually typing this .....).

We should find out soon.

Here are a few pics of Alyana's nursery ( the BEFORE and the AFTER).

We are hoping that she will be tucked into her comfy bed in a matter of weeks.

While we await news of the cut off date, here are a few pics of the house.

We had several tiny visitors to our home today.





I think it's a sign of good things to come ....

This week one of my best gal pals, Rebecca,flew across the country to visit.
She brought with her , 2 beauties, Bria and Finley..

Tomorrow we will say goodbye and Becka and her girls will board an airplane for Canada's West Coast.

As always, it is sad to say goodbye.

Hopefully we will see one another soon.

Time to get busy because this little girl is on her way.

We are planning the same theme as last year .... lavendar colored walls and daisies ....



Soon, the crib will be set up and the dolls and stuffed animals will await Alyana's arrival.

Not to mention her anxious Mommy and Daddy and her handsome big brother!
